Arbeitsmittel

As a consequence of significant changes in the working world, staffs as well as leaders are permanently confronted with new and ongoing challenges. Due to this development, modern and successful leadership focuses on the well-being of employees. Therfore it takes into account their increasing needs for personal flexibility as well as for more agility, creativity and opportunities for hybrid working. This training enables leaders to cope with contemporary challenges and to develop important personal leadership skills. Especially establishing and regaining of psychological safety has become one of the most essential skills in day-to-day leadership. Leaders need to know how to support employees who have experienced psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, or a loss of connection with their team. Additionally, they need a lot of empathy going along with the willingness and the ability to actively foster connections and relationships between team members.This special workshop gives leaders the specific chance to reflect on current leadership challenges: they may deepen their key skills and work through individual questions with expert feedback.
