• Cultural influences on human behaviour (especially communication)
• Classification and reflection of one's own and others' behaviour using various explanatory and action patterns
• Knowledge of opportunities, typical problems, and barriers in intercultural communication and their application to typical professional situations
• Approaches to solving one's own typical communication situations in a professional context
• Expansion of options for action
• Ways of transferring training insights to various aspects of diversity

This training aims to qualify the participants for working in an intercultural context. They will learn about the influence of cultural factors on human behaviour. After the training, they will be sensitized and strengthened for socioculturally challenging situations. They will be accustomed to reflect on their own and others' behaviour and expand their options for action through joint practical exercises. No prior knowledge is required. A willingness to actively contribute examples from their own professional environment will help ensure participants gain the greatest possible practical relevance.
